Help us keep our directory accurate by updating your contact information for future communications. This directory – our first since 2014 – is a vital tool in ensuring you receive the latest news, updates, and invitations to upcoming events. Please read below for important details.
We strive to keep our alumni informed and connected to Prep and to each other. To do this, we are excited to partner once again with PCI to publish a new SFP Alumni Directory.
We need your help to accomplish this important project!
Over the course of this summer and early fall, you will receive postcards in the mail and emails from PCI asking you to call PCI to update your contact information. Your information will help us be more efficient in our mailings and other communications. It is costly to the school to send mail that is not received. This will also ensure you are invited to Prep events in your area and that you receive relevant Prep communications. We would like to rely more on email and, therefore, confirming your email address is vital. PCI will not share your information with entities other than Prep.
While updating your information with PCI will ensure you are accurately represented in the directory, you can ask NOT to be in the directory. That is perfectly ok.
PCI works with hundreds of high schools and colleges each year to update contact information and has a strong reputation for partnering on school information updates. Even if you receive mail and email from Prep, we still need you to confirm that your contact information is correct.

I received an email/postcard/phone call from a company asking for my personal information, which said they were working with St. Francis Preparatory School. Tell me more about the project.
We have partnered with PCI (also known as Publishing Concepts) to produce our new alumni directory. PCI is a family-owned business based in Dallas, Texas, that has published directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities, and military organizations across the nation for over 100 years.
This project allows St. Francis Preparatory School to receive important updates to our database, enabling us to better serve our alumni.
Does St. Francis Preparatory School benefit from this at all?
Yes, in a few different ways:
- Updated Information – allows us to effectively communicate with and engage alumni
- Legacy – preserves the history of our school
How do I know my information will only be used for directory purposes?
PCI is committed to protecting your information. The names, addresses and information provided to PCI for the publication of the Directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in or in the preparation of the Directory and except as required by court order or law.
I would like to verify or update my information. How can I do this?
- If you received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you may call the number to speak with a real, live human being representing the St. Francis Preparatory School project. They will verify the information we have on file for you and make any necessary updates.
- If you received an email with an embedded link, simply click the link to go to the online site and review your information.
- If you did not receive a postcard or email, you may call the dedicated St. Francis Preparatory School update line at 800-366-6249.
- If you are living internationally or are unable to call the update line, please email [email protected]. PCI will send you a personalized link to update your information.
Can I choose what information prints in the directory?
When you call to update your information, you can tell the representative if you prefer any of your information be excluded. You can also communicate your preferences to PCI’s customer service helpdesk at 1-800-982-1590 / [email protected].
Can anyone purchase a directory?
The St. Francis Preparatory School Alumni Directory is available for sale only to St. Francis Preparatory School alumni. You will be listed in the directory whether you decide to purchase a copy or not.
When will I receive my directory?
The total duration of the directory project is about 12 months. Since we began the project in May 2026, the directories will be distributed in May 2027.
I ordered a directory/package over the phone and would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?
